Springtime is full of lovely reasons to celebrate, from new blooms to the smell of fresh rain. Easter in Paducah is just one of many ways to spend time with the family this year and enjoy the new season.
2017 Easter Egg Dash
Bring the kids out on the evening of Tuesday, April 11th for a free Easter egg hunt. Children 10 and under will be split into their age groups, then race to find over 15,000 candy-filled eggs scattered across Noble Park Baseball Fields. No Easter is complete without an egg hunt, and this excellent community event is happening right next door to Chip Wynn Motors.
Easter Crafts
Spend Easter weekend getting your hands dirty with some traditional Easter egg decorating. There are so many ways to get artistic with eggs, from watercolors to glitter to temporary tattoos. Take a trip to the craft store and pick out your tools, then spend the afternoon making your egg-shaped masterpieces.
Easter Baskets
Nothing says Easter morning like an Easter basket filled with treats. Skip the store-bought version this year, and make custom Easter baskets for your friends and family. Whether you make it sports themed or build the actual basket out of boxes of candy, your recipient is sure to appreciate the thoughtful, personalized gift.
